Inflated balloons can be collected from 197 Swan St Richmond. Pre booking your balloons is highly recommend to ensure availability at the time they are required & so we can prepare and place stock aside for you. During peak periods we recommend providing at least 1 weeks notice for bigger event orders.
Postage of un-inflated balloons is available. We offer same day dispatch from Richmond, Melbourne of all orders received by 10am Monday to Friday. (Excluding public holidays). Please note we are not able to post inflated balloons but they can be delivered locally upon availability!

We ship daily Monday to Friday (except public holidays) with 3 shipping options per below. Submit your order by 11am for same day postage. We ship within Australia using Australia Post from postcode 3121.

Refunds, Exchange & Return of Faulty Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase as quality customer service is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us to discuss.
We ask that you carefully read each product description carefully before purchasing. All product sizes and colours are listed within the product descriptions. If however your items arrive and they are not as you expected we are more than happy to exchange the items should they be returned unused and presented in their original packaging as they were received within 10 days. Please note however you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
Should your items arrive damaged, please advise us immediately and within 3 days. We will ask you to return the damaged items for review. Where possible we will then re-issue new stock or provide a refund. All returns must be sent to 195 Swan St Richmond. We recommend sending via a trackable method.
