Six miniature confetti balloon pops read to assemble. Each kit contains 6 confetti filled balloons, 6 straws, string, ribbon and instructions with how to assemble. We recommend inflating with a hand balloon pump. Rub the balloon with your hand to create the static electricity then roll the confetti around inside the balloon to ensure the confetti sticks to the outside.
